We cannot exchange due to incorrect choice as we guarantee that every garment we ship is brand new ex-factory – not even “tried for size”. Please take care when selecting your items and read all of the product details, measurements, etc (click on any product image) carefully before placing your order with us.
Quality control in our own warehouse mean that packing errors and defective issues rarely occur. However, if any item is found to be defective on arrival, or incorrect according to your order, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button.
When your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number. This RMA must be written on the label or outside of the parcel before you return it. Returns with no RMA on the packaging cannot be accepted at our end, and will be automatically returned to your address. So, please do not send any return items to us without first obtaining an RMA!
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your replacement item or refund once we’ve received the returned item and processed the RMA.
